We’ll take care of the event day details and allow you to enjoy your celebration. This process typically starts 6 weeks out from your event. Some companies call this their "day-of" package, but with BE Events, it includes so much more!

This planning and coordination collection is for the people whose hectic lifestyles or demanding work schedules are such that they don’t have the 250+ hours readily available to pull together all of the details of their event. You can handle some aspects of the planning, but don’t want to have to oversee and manage the event the day-of. We’ll take care of the wedding day details, run the rehearsal, and allow you to enjoy your celebration. Plus give you the direction you need to ensure that your event is a success.

It has been meticulously crafted for the couple who wish to truly enjoy every moment of this enchanted time coupled with the knowledge that a professional planner is seamlessly orchestrating all the details of the event. You might have a general vision but need help getting there. We'll assist you with every step of planning your event - from selecting potential vendors to negotiating contracts in order to obtain the best fit possible. And, of course, we'll manage your rehearsal and wedding day to ensure everything goes just as planned.
